Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to work full-time within an Adults Intermediate Care Team based in Lambeth. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in adults' services and be registered with the Social Work England.
The pay rate for this locum Social Worker job is £28.60 per hour (assignment rate). This will be a 3-month contract.
Duties:
- Carrying a caseload working in a multi-disciplinary team
- Dealing with judicial reviews
Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in Social Work
- Current Social Work England registration
- A minimum of 2 years' experience within Adults Services
- Must be exceptional in delivery of services to service users
- Preferably hospital discharge experience, or other multidisciplinary team working experience
