Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to work full-time within an Adults Integrated Care/Reablement Service based in Warrington. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Social Work Practice in Adult Services and be registered with the Social Work England.
The pay rate for this locum Social Worker job is £25.02 per hour (Assignment rate) and is a 3-month contract.
As postholder of this role your main duties/responsibilities:
- Manage a case load efficiently
- Carry out assessments under the Care Act 2014 to determine eligibility of need.
- Assessments need to be completed in a timely in order to ensure residents are discharged from the service.
- Ensure you have good communication skills, and work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team. Work under pressure and demonstrate creativity.
Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in Social Work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Significant frontline experience within Adult Services
- Experience in completing assessments for a statutory authority is essential.
- Experience of working under the care act and mental capacity act is also essential.
