Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency is currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Social Worker to work based in Darlington, within the Adults Complex Assessment Team.
The pay rate for this locum Social Worker role is £196.98 per day (Assignment rate) and is a 6-month contract.
Main Duties:
- Cover annual review of Domiciliary, Residential, EMI and Nursing placements.
- Work proactively with service users, their families and carers and other relevant professionals to maximise independence through comprehensive strengths- based approach to review and support planning.
- Undertake Mental Capacity Act assessments, have a working knowledge of CHC checklist and attending DST meetings.
- Safeguarding and support planning and promoting independence and wellbeing and a good working knowledge of the Care Act.
Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work.
- Current Social Work England registration.
- Recent post qualifying experience within frontline adult social work.
