Sanctuary Personnel have an exciting Locum opportunity available for an experienced Social Worker to join a well-established Adults service based in Truro.
Team/Specialism: Adults, Care & Support
Pay Rate: £24.24 per hour (assignment rate)
Contract: Locum, 3-Months
Hours: Full-time

Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Qualified and SWE registered Social Worker with experience of completing initial needs assessments in line with the Care Act and other relevant legislation including the completion associated assessments of mental capacity
- Ability to manage and actively progress a caseload of varying risk and complexity – Including those of a Safeguarding nature
- Experience of working with people and their families/carers as well as multi-agency colleagues and the community collaboratively when assessing, planning, delivering and reviewing care and support / connecting to relevant community based services
