What you will do:

- Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and contribute to collaborative decision-making.
- Provide crisis intervention and support to individuals in difficult times, maintaining a compassionate and respectful approach.
- Stay up to date with the latest policies and practices in social care, ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines and legislation.
- Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings and contribute to collaborative decision-making, including the role of Approved Mental Health Professionals
