Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Hospital Social Worker to work full-time within an Adults Team based in Leeds. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in Adults Services and be registered with Social Work England.
The pay rate for this locum Social Worker job is £25 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
About the role:
There will an opportunities to develop person centred assessments and support plans, with the priority being to ensure that people are safe
The social worker will be working in an exciting evolving service which puts the person at the centre of the process and promotes recovery and independence.
Social workers will be offered a variety of opportunities to plan the journey from one care setting to another and ideally helping the person return to their home, working with people at a time of change in their lives
Requirements of the Social Worker:
Degree or equivalent in social work
Current Social Work England registration
Significant senior level frontline experience within Adults Services
Ideally have experience with carrying out timelystrength based assessments and working closely with health partners
