What you will do:
- Conduct complex assessments, safeguarding investigations, and reviews in line with departmental policy and procedures.
- Manage a caseload of complex cases, ensuring needs are assessed, and appropriate options or solutions are identified.
- Provide information, support, guidance, and advice to adults, children, young people, carers, and families.
- Prepare detailed planning documents and lead care/support/action planning activities.
- Record and present casework data accurately and prepare comprehensive reports for meetings and case conferences.
- Develop intervention plans and maximise the use of alternative solutions such as telecare and telehealth.
- Support and supervise students or newly qualified workers, assisting the Team Manager as required.
