What you will do:
- Conduct thorough assessments of adults in need of safeguarding and provide timely support and interventions
- Undertake concerns and make decisions swiftly, ensuring adherence to safeguarding processes
- Engage with a variety of stakeholders, including service users, families, healthcare professionals, and other agencies
- Contribute to risk assessments and follow the latest legislation to underpin practice and ensure the safety and wellbeing of vulnerable adults
- Participate in team meetings and case reviews, ensuring a collaborative approach to safeguarding
- Document all interactions and decisions accurately and maintain comprehensive records
