Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to work full-time within an Adult Safeguarding Team in Derbyshire. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in Adults' Services and be registered with Social Work England.
The pay rate for this locum Social Worker job is £23 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 6-month contract.
As post holder youl will be required to take a strength based approach in order to deliver a proportionate, personalised, safe and sustainable response for local adults, their carer's and families.
Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within Adults' Services
- Fundamental to this post is the ability to assess and manage risk, work effectively under the Safeguarding Adults policy and procedures and have a working knowledge of Continuing Health Care.
