Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to work full-time within an Adult Locality Team in North Lincolnshire. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in adults' services and be registered with Social Work England.
The pay rate for this locum Social Worker job is £26-£32 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Duties:
- Undertake care act assessments, commission care and support if required.
- Undertake MCA/BI where applicable.
- Complete reviews as part of statutory duties for local authority and support access and hospital discharges as a one service approach specifically for the period of covid
Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within adults' services
- Must be able to undertake face to face assessments/visits with PPE etc.
- Knowledge of personal budgets in the form of direct payments is required
