What you will do:
- Conduct Enablement reviews and care act assessments to evaluate and support adults in need.
- Carry out Mental Capacity Act assessments and Best Interests decisions to ensure appropriate care.
- Utilize an asset-based approach, complete CHC checklists, and implement a person-centred approach to deliver high-quality service.
- Maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment and ensure compliance with LAS requirements.
- Travel within Darby to complete client visits, requiring a valid driver’s licence and access to a car.
