Social Worker within Adoption Team in Cheshire UK earning £37.22 Hourly with an ongoing position. What you will do:
- Work closely with children, families, and partner agencies to ensure quality casework.
- Develop and implement adoption plans that meet the unique needs of each child and family.
- Maintain open and honest communication with all stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local policies and national legislation regarding adoption practices.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a stable and effective team dynamic.
