Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to work full-time in Medway, within the Adolescent Team. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in Children's Services and be registered with Social Work England.
The salary for this permanent Social Worker job is up to £39,532 per annum. + £2,500 market premia + £3,000 retention payment paid annually after 1 years’ service.
Duties:
Working alongside youth mentors and early help workers to deliver intensive interventions designed to safeguard and protect vulnerable young people facing a range of difficulties and challenges.
Requirements of the Social Worker:
Degree or equivalent in social work
Current Social Work England registration
Significant senior level frontline experience within Children's Services
2 years PQ experience
