What you will do:
- Supervise and support a caseload of kinship carers to ensure they have the guidance needed for success.
- Conduct Connected Carer (Form K) assessments and present these to panels confidently.
- Provide appropriate support and supervision to carers, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaboratively work with other professionals to maintain high standards of care and support.
- Promote the welfare of children and young people in kinship care arrangements.
