Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to work full-time in Bexley, with a focus on family support and child protection. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in Children's Services and be registered with Social Work England.
The salary for this Social Worker job is £32,517 - £41,934 per annum and is on a permanent basis.
Duties:
- Build positive, supportive, and respectful relationships with families in order to help support children in need of help or protection
- Support families to raise their children safely within their family network by supporting and augmenting their support network
- Explore and implement alternative plans when required
Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within Children's Services
- Proficient ability to communicate in English and be able to influence others
