Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Worker to work in a 0-16 Looked After Children Team based in Southwark, London.
The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Social Work practice in Children's Services and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Social Worker job is £28 - £32 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 5-month contract.
Infomation about the role:
- To work within a systemic framework to provide a comprehensive and effective integrated social work service to respond to the needs of children and their families in a timely manner and within statutory guidelines.
- To work closely with the practice group to assess need, plan and deliver focused intervention to safeguard children and promote positive outcomes.
Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in Social Work.
- Current HCPC registration.
- Significant frontline experience within Children's Services
- You will need to have at least 2 years relevant experience
