Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Team Manager to work full-time within a School Project Team in Tameside. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in Children's Services and be registered with Social Work England.
The pay rate for this locum Team Manager job is £40 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
About the role:
- An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of a new project in Tameside. The Social Workers In Schools project consists of a Team Manager, Practice Manager and eight Social Workers who will be based mainly within eight schools across the borough.
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Manager to help to drive the project forward and deliver a high quality service. The Team Manager will be responsible for the co ordination and implementation of the project offering supervision and robust management oversight to the Social Workers and Practice Manager.

Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within Children's Services
