Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Team Manager to fill a full-time role within Children's Service based in Blackpool in a Safeguarding Team.
The pay rate for this locum Team Manager job is £40 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an initial 3 -month contract.
Duties:
- Working with partner agencies in establishing a multi-disciplinary approach to families and social work intervention.
- Focusing on supporting social workers and family workers with a range of safeguarding child in need and court work.
Requirements:
- A recognised and relevant professional social work qualification (Degree / Diploma in Social Work).
- Qualified HCPC registered Social Worker
- Management experience is essential.
- Social work front-line / management experience and ability to work in a solution focused and utilise restorative approach to work with children and families.
