What you will do:
- Lead and manage a dedicated MASH Team, ensuring effective collaboration and support within multi-agency settings.
- Oversee the assessment and allocation of cases to ensure timely and appropriate interventions.
- Provide guidance and support to social workers and other team members, fostering a supportive and efficient work environment.
- Liaise effectively with other agencies and services, building strong partnerships to enhance child safeguarding initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, implementing improvements and maintaining high standards.
