Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Team Manager to work full-time within a Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) based in Northampton. The ideal candidates will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice and be registered with the HCPC.

The salary for this permanent Team Manager job is £42,527 to £47,968 per annum, +£2,200 Golden Hello. (Potential increase to £49,968 for exceptional candidates with 5 years + post qualification experience).

Summary:

  • You will manage a Team of 4 MASH Officers and 3 Decision Makers who are responsible for referral information and making informed decisions in respect of safety of children within 24 hours of the referral.

  • You will work collaboratively with our MASH partners and the child's voice will be evident through your work.

Requirements of the Team Manager:

  • Recognised and relevant professional qualification e.g. DipSW, CQSW, CSS.

  • Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

  • You will be a qualified Social Worker of 3 years+ with current HCPC registration.

  • Experienced in MASH, Duty & Assessment or First Response in Children Services and you will need to demonstrate your Management experience.
