Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Team Manager to fill a full-time role within a Looked After Children Team based in Wandsworth.
The salary for this permanent Team Manager job is £42,656 - £51,690 per annum.
Requirements of the Team Manager:
- A recognised and relevant professional social work qualification (Degree/Diploma in Social Work).
- Registered on Social Work England.
- Management experience is essential.
- Must be an experienced social work manager at the Assistant Team Manager level or above
- Must have supervisory, performance management and change management experience
- The UASC is a specialist team and the successful candidate will need to be aware of the work/legislation around this area.
