Sanctuary Personnel, a committed and competitive recruitment agency is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Work Team Manager to fill a full-time role based in Surrey, within the Family Safeguarding Team.
The pay rate for this locum Team Manager job is £45 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 6-month contract.
Working from Home Policy:
As per national and local guidance in response to covid-19. Mobile Phone and Laptop will be provided, as well as PPE.
Duties:
- Support the service to embed the Family Safeguarding Model
- Provide high quality reflective individual and group supervision within the Family Safeguarding Model
- Develop strengths-based motivational practice and use the skills of the multi-disciplinary teams to address parental mental health, substance misuse and domestic abuse
- Manage effective communication of practice, service and organisational issues within the team and work collaboratively across other social work teams, services and with partners to provide high-level integrated support to children and families
Requirements of the Team Manager:
- A recognised and relevant professional social work qualification (Degree / Diploma in Social Work)
- Registered on Social Work England
- Management experience
- Having a critical eye on monitoring and tracking team performance standards and ensuring targets are met in a timely way in accordance with Key Performance Indicator’s
- Motivational Interviewing training
