Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Team Manager to fill a full-time role based in Southwark, within the Contact and Support Team.
The pay rate for this locum Team Manager job is £38.00 - £40.00 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Requirements of the Team Manager:
- A recognised and relevant professional social work qualification (Degree / Diploma in Social Work)
- Registered on Social Work England
- Management experience
- Relevant experience and understanding of priorities for a Contact and Support Service
- Ability to deliver high quality supervised contact between children in care and their parents
- Excellent communicator
