Sanctuary Personnel, a committed and competitive recruitment agency is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Work Team Manager to fill a full-time role based in Redhill, Surrey, within the Children with Disabilities Team.
The pay rate for this locum Team Manager job is £42.00 - £45.00 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 6-month contract.
Working from Home Policy: as per national and local guidance in response to Covid-19. Mobile Phone and Laptop will be provided.
Requirements of the Team Manager:
- A recognised and relevant professional social work qualification (Degree / Diploma in Social Work)
- Registered on Social Work England
- Management experience, preferably within children with disabilities
- Be able to provide management support and oversight, as additional capacity, this will include participating in managing duty service and a small team of social workers
- Some flexibility and adaptability in respond to needs of the service
- Be able to work with partners collaboratively to deliver effective and safe looked after services, short breaks, safeguarding, deprivation of liberty and transition to adulthood
- Satisfactory DBS clearance
- Safeguarding experience
- Ability to start as soon as possible
