Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency is currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Social Work Team Manager to work based in Ayot St Peter, within the Children Looked After Team.
The salary for this permanent Social Work Team Manager role is £47,857 - £53,866 per annum.
Work with children and young people, their families, and other professionals to provide a range of support to keep children and young people safe.
Assist them to come to terms with what has happened in their lives.
Provide them with a permanent home and help them prepare for work and independence.
Requirements of the Social Work Team Manager:
Degree or equivalent in social work.
Current Social Work England registration.
Have good understanding and experience of working in Safeguarding and ideally with children looked after and young adults who are leaving care.
As part of this role, you will be required to travel to other HCC Sites and visit young people where they live. Therefore, a current driving licence, the ability to drive and/or travel is required for this role.
