What you will do:
- Lead and manage a team within the Children & Families Team, setting clear goals and expectations.
- Oversee complex casework and provide expert guidance to Social Workers.
- Ensure the team meets all statutory guidelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver exceptional service to children and families in the local area.
