Sanctuary Social Care currently has a permanent vacancy for a Team Manager to work within an Assessment Team in Waltham Forest. The ideal candidates will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice and be registered with Social Work England.
As the post holder of this role, you will receive a competitive salary of £52,464 - £55,482 per annum.
Job Purpose:
- The successful candidate will be required to effectively work with colleagues within the organisation and with external partners and stakeholders; ensuring good multi agency working and to facilitate smooth transitions to our Children in Care Team and step down to Early Help.
Requirements of the Social Worker:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within children's services
