Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Team Manager to work full-time within an Adults Integrated Neighbourhood Team based in Bury. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in Adults' Services and be registered with Social Work England.
The pay rate for this locum Team Manager job is £35 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Requirements of the Team Manager:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within Adults' Services
- You will be expected to work autonomously and with the support of the other SW Managers and Integrated Neighbourhood Leads.
- Have demonstrable experience of managing Social Workers and Social Care Officers preferably within a multidisciplinary or integrated setting.
- Experience of a range of HR situations, be skilled in effective performance management and Supervision.
- Be competent on IT systems, (we use Liquid Logic electronic records), have excellent organisation and communication skills and enjoy working in a busy and well led integrated Social Work service.
