Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for experienced and dedicated Team Leaders to work full-time in Guernsey, within the Adults Disability Team. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in Adults' Services and be registered with Social Work England.
The pay rate for these locum Team Leader jobs is paying £35 - £38 per hour (Assignment rate) and are initial 3-month contracts.
2x Social Work Team Leaders within the Adults Disability Service.
Duties:
- To participate as a team member supporting relatives and friends of the service user.
- To undertake the role of health promoter and educator for service users and their families/significant other.
- To co-ordinate complex care arrangements through communication with multi-disciplinary team members and associated agencies.
- Ensure that professional and respectful communications and relationships are developed and maintained

Requirements of the Team Leader:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within Adults' Services
- Must be a car driver
