Sanctuary Personnel, a leading and award winning recruitment agency is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Work Senior Practitioner to work full-time based in Gloucester, within the Fostering Team.
The pay rate for this locum Senior Practitioner role is £35 per hour (Assignment rate) and is a 3-month contract.
Requirements of the Senior Practitioner:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within children’s services
- Be familiar with the relevant legislative processes relating to Fostering, have a positive attitude, good problem solving skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of recruiting, assessing or supporting foster carers
