Sanctuary Personnel, a leading recruitment company to the private and public sector has a locum vacancy for a Social Work Senior Practitioner to work part-time based in Gloucester, within the Fostering Team.
The pay rate for this locum Senior Practitioner role is £35.00 per hour (Assignment rate) and is a 3-month contract.
Duties:
- Supporting and supervising foster carers to ensure they provide the best quality care to meet the needs of vulnerable children as set out in their care plan
Requirements of the Senior Practitioner:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Experience in fostering
- Able to fit into this busy but welcoming team, undertake annual reviews, hold a caseload, help with identifying placements for children
