Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency has a job based in Gloucester for a Social Work Senior Practitioner to work within the Children 11-25 Team.

The pay rate for this locum Senior Practitioner role is £41 per hour (Assignment rate) and is a 3-month contract.

Shift Pattern:

  • 5 days a week with at least 2 days a week in the office and we are asking for a 6 month minimum commitment

Requirements of the Senior Practitioner:

  • Degree or equivalent in social work
  • Current Social Work England registration
  • Experience of working with children in care/care leavers
  • Understand the need for permanence for young people and who will demonstrate grip and tenacity to ensure young people feel safe and secure to enable them to achieve their potential
  • Be able to travel to Gloucestershire as remote working is offered but flexibility is required to meet operational need
