Sanctuary Personnel, an award-winning and renowned Recruitment Agency is looking for a Social Work Senior Practitioner to work full-time based in Gloucestershire, within the 16+ Team.
The pay rate for this locum Senior Practitioner role is £41 per hour (Assignment rate) and is a 3-month contract.
Shift Pattern:
- The role is full time, 5 days a week with at least 2 days a week in the office and we are asking for a 6 month minimum commitment
Requirements of the Senior Practitioner:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Experience of working with children in care/care leavers
- Understand the need for permanence for young people and who will demonstrate grip and tenacity to ensure young people feel safe and secure to enable them to achieve their potential
- Be able to travel to Gloucestershire as remote working is offered but flexibility is required to meet operational need
