Sanctuary Personnel, an award-winning and renowned Recruitment Agency is looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Work Quality Assurance Lead to work full-time based in Gloucester.

The pay rate for this locum Quality Assurance Lead job is £41 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 6-month contract.

Duties:

  • Provide professional guidance and decision making within this small Team which oversees the due diligence of new Providers, quality assures existing providers, supports improvement plans and undertakes investigations into external practice as required

Requirements of the Quality Assurance Lead:

  • A qualified Social Worker with experience at Team Manager or above
  • Current Social Work England registration
  • Substantial child care social work experience, an eye for detail, an inquisitive nature, tact, diplomacy and report writing skills
  • Be able to undertake visits to providers nationwide to audit practice if required (Subject to national or locally imposed COVID restrictions)
