Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Mental Health Officer to work full-time in Edinburgh. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in Adults' Services and be registered with SSSC.
The pay rate for this locum Mental Health Officer job is £30 - £45 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Requirements of the Mental Health Officer:
Degree or equivalent in social work
Current SSSC registration
Significant senior level frontline experience within Adults' Services
Emergency mental health training
Experience of compulsory treatment orders
A good understanding of the Mental Health Act
A Mental Health accreditation
