Sanctuary Personnel, an award-winning and renowned Recruitment Agency is looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Work Lead Enquiry Officer to work full-time based in Hastings, within the Adults Safeguarding Team.

The pay rate for this locum Lead Enquiry Officer job is £32 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 1-month contract.

Currently 100% remote working until at the earliest January 2022 when a decision will be made about a possible return to the office.

Duties:

  • Act as Lead Enquiry Officer for safeguarding cases
  • Work as part of a duty rota and oversee allocation of work and assessments in a timely manner

Requirements of the Lead Enquiry Officer:

  • Degree or equivalent in social work
  • Current Social Work England registration
  • Experienced Social Worker
  • Have experience of managing others, including supervision and performance management
  • Have experience of managing complex safeguarding cases from enquiry to conclusion
  • Some experience of mental health and substance misuse would be an asset
