Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Contracts Manager to fill a full-time role based in Slough.

The pay rate for this permanent Contracts Manager job is £34,731 - £39,893 per annum.

Duties/Summary:

  • Lead for all Commissioned Placement related services ensuring quality assurance and monitoring to meet KPI and strategic vision.

  • Ensure effective utilisation of all commissioned provision.

  • To support the procurement of new arrangements ensuring demand, need and statutory obligations are fully understood.

  • Lead for oversight of Ofsted notifications, guidance and support for SCST response.

  • Responsible for development of accreditation protocol and ongoing use.

  • Lead for data reporting and analysis for all Placement related contracts including but not limited to Advocacy, EDS, Fostering and Residential frameworks, Short Breaks and Direct Payments.

  • Undertake analysis as required to inform commissioning and corporate reporting.

  • Manage IPA compliance and ensure quality-undertaking training and mentoring as required.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of two years experience of contract and relationship management

  • Experience of working for, or with public organisations such as local authorities or NHS commissioning functions

  • Knowledge of national contracts terms and conditions and the monitoring and management of these types of contracts

  • Experience of advising and briefing on contract management issues

  • Experience of administering budgetary control and IT systems

  • Experience of managing staff
