We have two positions open for this vital role: one with our looked after team working with children aged 0-16 and another focusing on children aged 16-18. Become part of a dynamic team where you will enjoy the flexibility and rewarding aspects of locum work.

What you will do:
- Manage a reduced caseload of 10-13 children
- Support the Team Manager with overseeing performance and data
- Provide support to social workers, enhancing their skills and confidence
- Chair essential meetings such as stability and safety planning meetings
- Engage with children and families to create supportive and nurturing environments
