Social Work Advanced Practitioner within Quality Assurance Team in Barnsley, earning £37 hourly. What you will do:
- Lead and support full case file audit cycles, ensuring the highest quality across children’s social care
- Initiate and manage thematic dip sample audits to continuously assess and improve service quality
- Support the development and maintenance of policy and procedure within the Tri X repository
- Develop information and documentation promoting effective sharing of audit learning across services
- Track, manage, and report on the progress of actions derived from audits, using performance data to inform future audits and dive themes
- Contribute service-specific quality assurance information into governance systems as part of a collaborative team
- Play a key role in inspection readiness activities and arrangements, ensuring services are always prepared
