Sanctuary Personnel, an award-winning and renowned Recruitment Agency is looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Services Reablement Occupational Therapist to work ideally full time, based in Fareham.
The pay rate for this locum Social Services Reablement Occupational Therapist job is £36.00 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an ongoing contract.
Duties:
Leading holistic assessments of reablement needs
Planning reablement interventions to support across a multi-disciplinary team
Provide advice and information for clients to problem solve their own needs and make informed decisions on their reablement journey
Working with vulnerable adults
Participating in direct personal care
Lone Working
Requirements of the Social Services Reablement Occupational Therapist:
Degree or equivalent within Occupational Therapy
HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist
Recent NHS experience either pre or post qualification
Effective assessment and treatment planning skills
Ability to goal set
Ability to work in a fast pace community service
Strengths-based approach
Experience of manual handling of people, daily requirement 15Kg+
Display Screen Equipment use skills
Car driver and use of own vehicle for work purposes
