Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Services Occupational Therapist to work full time in Community Team based in Eastbourne. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Occupational Therapy and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Occupational Therapist job is £32 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is an ongoing contract.
General Duties:
To undertake a professional assessment in a range of settings with individuals and to make recommendations about management of their disability and appropriate rehabilitation.
To advise, participate with/and influence anyone involved in environment issues regarding points relating to disability and access.
To apply specialist knowledge and skills including advice,counselling, support, training in specific techniques,provision of equipment and adaptations and remedial treatment.
Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:
Degree or equivalent within Occupational Therapies
HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist
Recent post qualifying experience working as an Occupational Therapist
