Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Services Occupational Therapist specialising in Reablement, Aids and Adaptations to work part-time based in Preston. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Occupational Therapy and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Social Services Occupational Therapist job is £23 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an ongoing contract. You will be required to work 2 days per week (Thursday and Friday).
Main Duties:
- As postholder of this role you will be responsible for Supporting reablement and discharge service.
- Provide rehab and reablement post-discharge in patients home.
- Complete some assessments for minor adaptations and equipment.
Requirements of the Social Services Occupational Therapist:
- Degree or equivalent within Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist
- Recent NHS experience either pre or post qualification
- Must be car driver
