Sanctuary Health is looking for an experienced and dedicated Adult Social Services Occupational Therapist to work full-time in Bradford. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Occupational Therapy and be registered with the HCPC.
The pay rate for this locum Social Services Occupational Therapist job is £27.18 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and is a 4-6 month contract.
Duties:
Supporting service users to move back into their own home
Assessing for aids and adaptations
Providing rehabilitation
Role will include assessment, rehabilitation and Environmental visits to support people to move back into their own homes.
You will work as part of a Multi-Disciplinary team in the newly opened intermediate care facility.
Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:
Degree or equivalent within Occupational Therapy
HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist
Must be a car driver
Experience of local authority work including provision of equipment and adaptations desirable.
Experience of working in an intermediate care or rehabilitation setting essential.
