Sanctuary Personnel, an innovative and committed recruitment agency is currently looking for an experienced Social Services Occupational Therapist to work based in Havering.
The pay rate for this locum Social Services Occupational Therapist job is £34 per hour (assignment rate) and has an initial 3-month contract.
Main duties:
- Support the Team Manager to effectively lead, support and develop the team
- Directly manage a small number of staff
- Develop encourage and maintain high professional standards
- Undertake supervision and support with members of staff
- Ensure effective communication within the team and with colleagues inside and outside the organisation
- Ensure that the team meets performance requirements and outcomes
Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:
- Degree or equivalent within Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist
- Recent post qualifying experience working as an Occupational Therapist
