Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Services Occupational Therapist to work within a Step Up/Down, Community Reablement Team based in Ampthill on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Occupational Therapy and be registered with the HCPC. As post-holder you will be working 18.5 hours a week.
The pay rate for this locum Occupational Therapist job is £29.88 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an ongoing contract.
Duties/Job Information:
- The teams aim to provide up to 6 weeks support for people, maximising their independence and safety to enable them to return home.
- You will be working alongside our Community Health Service provider to deliver a multi-disciplinary approach to Integrated Health and Social Care.
Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:
- Degree or equivalent within Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist
- Recent NHS experience either pre or post qualification
