Sanctuary Health is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Services Occupational Therapist to work within a Community Setting in Fareham on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of Occupational Therapy and be registered with the HCPC.
This role is offering an excellent pay rate of £36.13 per hour (LTD Company Equivalent) and this role will be on a contract until the end of March 2020.
As a qualified Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for leading holistic assessments of Reablement needs and planning Reablement interventions to support across a multi-disciplinary team.
Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:
- Degree or equivalent within Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist
- Recent NHS experience either pre or post qualification
- Must be able to demonstrate strengths based approach to provide advice and information for clients to problem solve their own needs and make informed decisions on their Reablement journey
- Must be a car driver
