Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Care Supervisor to work full-time in North-East Lincolnshire, within the Children with Disabilities Team. The ideal candidate will possess highly developed specialist knowledge of social work practice in Children's Services and be registered with Social Work England.
The pay rate for this locum Social Care Supervisor job is £36.97 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an initial 3-month contract.
Duties of the Social Care Supervisor:
- Managing, guiding, developing, and supervising a small team of dedicated Social Workers and Early Practitioners.
- Lead those working directly with vulnerable children, young people and their families to make a sustainable difference to their lives
Requirements of the Social Care Supervisor:
- Degree or equivalent in social work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Significant senior level frontline experience within Children's Services
