Sanctuary Personnel, a leading and award winning recruitment agency is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Care Occupational Therapist to work in Glossop, 30 hours per week.
The pay rate for this locum Social Care Occupational Therapist job is £23.79 per hour (Assignment rate) and is an ongoing contract.
Duties:
- Assessment and delivery of housing related support including major adaptations, complex equipment alongside undertaking manual handling assessments
Requirements of the Social Care Occupational Therapist:
- Degree or equivalent within Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist
- Recent NHS experience either pre or post qualification
- Experience of working within a Local Authority Adult Care environment, able to demonstrate an ability to adopt a strengths based approach, utilising current legislation and polices
- A positive approach to risk taking
- An ability to be flexible and manage change, whilst contributing to multi-agency working and ensuring positive relationships with other partner agencies are promoted
- Knowledge of Mosaic (electronic recording systems)
- Car driver
