Sanctuary Personnel, a leading and award-winning recruitment agency is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Social Work Service Manager to work full-time based in Peterborough, within the Targeted Youth Service.
The pay rate for this locum Service Manager job is £45.00 per hour (Assignment rate) and is a 3-month contract.
Duties:
- Operationally lead, manage and develop a multi-professional Service to deliver the following Targeted Youth Support Services as part of services for young people: Young People in the Criminal Justice System and at risk of entering the system/Homelessness/Family Breakdown - preventing children becoming Looked After/Young People Missing From Home/Child Sexual Exploitation/Child Criminal Exploitation/Young People at risk of radicalisation/Children becoming Looked After/Rehabilitating Young People home after a period of being Looked After
- Supporting the Head of Service in the development, delivery and review of services for young people and their families and carers and leading on specific work- streams as agreed so that Peterborough's vulnerable adolescents are protected from significant harm, can better manage the risks they face and enhance their life chances
Requirements of the Service Manager:
- Degree or equivalent in Social Work
- Current Social Work England registration
- Previous social work experience
