Sanctuary Social Care is currently looking for an experienced and dedicated Service Manager to fill a full-time role within a Children's Services based in Hertfordshire, within the Safeguarding Team.
The salary for this permanent Service Manager job is £48,531 - £51,622 per annum. The salary includes an £8,000 Market Supplement.
Requirements:
- A recognised and relevant professional social work qualification (Degree / Diploma in Social Work).
- Registered on Social Work England.
- Management experience is essential.
- Ability to join an experienced and supportive leadership team who are forward thinking and know what good looks like.
- A professional Social Work qualification and be social work England registered
- Worked in a similar setting previously and have significant experience of staff supervision and management.
- Ability to develop and sustain partnerships across services both internally and externally and be an effective advocate for the Council.
- Experience of budget forecasting and analysing financial information is required
- Must be able to drive
